Rules of Chalet 29 Stoneham

The rules of our chalet are not meant to complicate your stay, but to ensure a pleasant, safe, and respectful experience for everyone. They help protect the chalet, its equipment, the environment, and the peace of the neighborhood. By following them, you help maintain a clean and welcoming space for future guests and avoid unexpected charges.

By making a reservation, you agree to all terms and conditions. We therefore invite you to carefully read the chalet rules.


No Smoking

The chalet is inspected immediately after departure, and any signs of smoking are easily identifiable from previous guests.
Any additional cleaning required due to smoking will result in an automatic deduction from the security deposit.


No Pets Allowed

Any additional cleaning required due to the presence of animals will result in an automatic deduction from the security deposit.


Respect for the Neighborhood

Loud gatherings or "big parties" are prohibited.
A curfew is in effect from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m
. Please keep noise levels down during these hours
The tenant agrees to keep noise levels reasonable at all times so as not to disturb the neighbors.


Respect for the Property

  • Please treat our home with the same respect you would your own. Avoid any harmful or destructive behavior.

  • Kindly inform us of any broken or damaged items during your stay. Minor broken items are considered part of the rental and are not charged to guests. However, any material damage to or within the chalet caused by the tenant during the rental period is the tenant’s responsibility and must be reimbursed.


The primary renter must be 21 years or older and present throughout the stay.

  • The renter is responsible for the actions of all other persons on the rental premises.

  • Please ensure that the correct number of guests is indicated in your reservation request and do not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy.

  • The 29 chalet can accommodate up to 16 people.


Please remove your shoes inside, as outdoor elements can accelerate the wear and tear of the floors.


Hot tub
To preserve the quality of the hot tub water throughout your stay, certain guidelines must be followed.
A simple procedure will be sent to you the day before your arrival. It will include instructions for adding chlorine as well as some basic rules to keep the water in optimal condition.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.: if you use the hot tub during this time, please do so quietly and respectfully.


Parking

There are 2 parking spaces reserved under the name of unit 29.
A few additional spots are available on the side of the chalets for a third vehicle. (These third spots are first come, first served.)
For additional vehicles, free parking is available at the Stoneham ski resort, at the base of slope 40.
It is essential to respect your assigned parking spaces,  towing will be at your expense.
Parking on the streets or parking a trailer is strictly prohibited.


security devices
For security reasons, the chalet is equipped with a camera facing the outdoor entrance area. It does not capture any images from inside the chalet or from the back patio, ensuring full respect for your privacy. The camera helps us monitor the property when it is unoccupied. (It does not record conversations.)
