The rules of our chalet are not meant to complicate your stay, but to ensure a pleasant, safe, and respectful experience for everyone. They help protect the chalet, its equipment, the environment, and the peace of the neighborhood. By following them, you help maintain a clean and welcoming space for future guests and avoid unexpected charges.
Thank you for your cooperation!
By making a reservation, you agree to all terms and conditions. We therefore invite you to carefully read the chalet rules.
No Smoking
The chalet is inspected immediately after departure, and any signs of smoking are easily identifiable from previous guests.
Any additional cleaning required due to smoking will result in an automatic deduction from the security deposit.
No Pets Allowed
Any additional cleaning required due to the presence of animals will result in an automatic deduction from the security deposit.
Respect for the Neighborhood
Loud gatherings or "big parties" are prohibited.
The tenant agrees to keep noise levels reasonable at all times so as not to disturb the neighbors.
Respect for the Property
Please treat our home with the same respect you would your own. Avoid any harmful or destructive behavior.
Kindly inform us of any broken or damaged items during your stay. Minor broken items are considered part of the rental and are not charged to guests. However, any material damage to or within the chalet caused by the tenant during the rental period is the tenant’s responsibility and must be reimbursed.
The primary renter must be 21 years or older and present throughout the stay.
The renter is responsible for the actions of all other persons on the rental premises.
Please ensure that the correct number of guests is indicated in your reservation request and do not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy.
The Petit Boisé chalet can accommodate up to 8 people.
Please remove your shoes inside, as outdoor elements can accelerate the wear and tear of the floors.
Hot tub
To preserve the quality of the hot tub water throughout your stay, certain guidelines must be followed.
A simple procedure will be sent to you the day before your arrival. It will include instructions for adding chlorine as well as some basic rules to keep the water in optimal condition.
For stays of two nights or more, a team will also visit the property to check the hot tub and its settings.
